These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EzyFin (the "Service") provided by SIA Anyon3e ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About The Service

EzyFin helps users capture, process, review, store, and route accounting documents.

2. Eligibility And Account

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.
  • You must immediately notify us about unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
  • Upload content you do not have rights to process.
  • Interfere with platform security, availability, or integrity.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other users, companies, or data.

4. Customer Data And Processing

  • You retain responsibility for document content you upload.
  • You confirm you have legal rights and legal basis to process the uploaded data.
  • We process data to provide the Service, security, support, and legal compliance.

5. Integrations And Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers, including:

  • Supabase (database, storage, authentication, edge functions)
  • Vercel (web hosting and related infrastructure)
  • Stripe (subscription billing and invoicing)

Use of integrated third-party services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, And Payments

  • Paid features are billed through Stripe.
  • Prices, billing cycles, and usage-based charges are shown in the app before confirmation.
  • Taxes may be applied based on applicable law and billing information.
  • Failed or unpaid invoices may result in account restrictions.

7. Availability And Changes

  • We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service.
  • We may apply maintenance windows, security updates, and performance improvements.

8. Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated.
  • There is suspected abuse, fraud, or security risk.
  • Required by law or competent authority.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SIA Anyon3e is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
